Fall into yoga this autumn season with an all levels practice. We focus on basic poses, breath, posture, and alignment to help you gain balance, strength, flexibility and to reduce tension and stress. Classes include physical postures, guided relaxation and breathing techniques. Props are available for your use or you may bring your own. Poses can be modified as needed.
Join for the entire session or drop in any time for $10. You can register online or in person at the Auburn Hills Recreation & Senior Services.

Friday’s 7-8 am Studio 919 – Quiet your mind and relax your body. Focus on improving strength, balance, flexibility, circulation, and inner peace using traditional yoga poses and sequence while enjoying the refreshing energy of the sunrise.
